Come fish one of the Northcoast's premiere rivers for salmon and steelhead. Experience a beautiful and relaxing day of fishing either from a jet boat or drift boat. All gear and instruction included. We work hard for your enjoyment.
Salmon Fishing
Salmon season starts out fishing the Klamath river in May for Springers, and continues on into early July. For the fall, we then begin to fish for salmon on both the Klamath and Trinity rivers. Once the first heavy rains hit we begin to fish the Smith River and continue fishing for salmon until November. The salmon in the Klamath and Trinity river average around 8 to 15 lbs but will reach up to 30 lbs. The Smith River salmon average a bit higher at 15-25 lbs. The Smith River is one of the few rivers where an angler has a chance to catch a fish in the 40 lb class and above.
Steelhead Fishing
Steelhead fishing begins in January for winter steelhead and continues all the way through March. We fish all the Northcoast rivers: Smith, Klamath, Trinity, Mad, Eel, VanDuzen, and the Mattole. Anglers have a chance of catching a 20 lbs steelhead on the Smith River!
August brings summer steelhead fishing to the Klamath/Trinity River systems and continues through November or until we get those first heavy rains. We offer both conventional fishing gear as well as fly fishing for these steelhead.
